Our office politely requests payment at the time of service including all co-payments and deductibles. We can estimate your co-pay for you. Please remember this is an estimate only, your insurance does not give us access to the fees they will actually pay, and we can not guarantee the co-payment amount. The actual payment may be more or less than quoted to you. Insurance coverage is different for every company and every group number.

We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, including pre-treatment estimates when requested.

We request that you bring your insurance card to your first visit.

Many of our patients have dental insurance, or are receiving dental insurance for the first time. Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we are only a third party to this agreement. With the proper information provided, by you, we can help you understand your insurance.

If your insurance company is not listed here it does not mean we do not file with your insurance company. Many insurances allow you to receive care from any provider.
